Since the announcement that Sheridan Sales & Lettings were successful in the 2018 British Property Awards, we are delighted to share with you that we received our actual award which arrived just before Christmas. It was a great way to see out 2018 as we celebrated the festive season with a number of business colleagues.
We competed in the 2018 British Property Awards, going head to head with countless other West Norfolk local estate agents, where secret shoppers contacted each of us in various ways, monitoring our customer service through response time and quality of information. All Downham Market estate agents entered the industry awards at the same time and we were delighted to be awarded Gold in the local category for Downham Market. Having achieved this level of success in the British Property Awards in June 2018, we were pleased to also become eligible to enter the regional and national level competition for 2018.
It is exciting and very gratifying that all our hard work is now being recognised by our peers within the estate agency industry and we look forward to building on that success. We aim to continue making the most of offering personal High Street estate agency service at online prices and making the sale process as smooth as possible for our customers.
For the benefit of our customers we should explain that the British Property Awards was formed by a team of highly experienced and dedicated estate agency owners from across the industry. The aim of the British Property Awards is to highlight that there are more excellent estate agent operators out there than you think. Whilst polls have suggested that trust in estate agents is low there are a great number of professional estate agents working hard for both vendor and purchaser and Sheridans Sales & Lettings are delighted to be judged amongst them by our peers.
The British Property Awards judge agents on a town by town basis against a specific minimum standard over a consistent period so the panel make thorough checks before making awards.
Although 2019 may be starting with some uncertainty in light of the Brexit situation, home buyers, tenants, vendors and landlords alike can rest assured that Sheridan Sales & Lettings will continue to work hard to provide the best possible service to meet their very different needs in an ever changing property marketplace.
